1. Data Controller: the Data Controller is the Constituente Terra association, with registered office in Rome, Viale Ippocrate n.93.

2. Personal data: The processing will concern the following personal data: contact data (such as e-mail and telephone number); personal personal data (such as name and surname, date of birth, gender); Tax code (if you are of Italian nationality) or other types of tax recognition codes.

3. Purpose of the processing: the personal data provided will be processed for:

• The normal administration of the association’s membership register;

• (If you have consented to receive the newsletter) allow the sending of informative and informative communications via email, regarding topics of interest to you; This processing will take place on the basis of the explicit consent of the data subject and will be aimed exclusively at ensuring the transmission of relevant and useful information, without any direct marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis of the processing: The processing of Data for the purposes indicated in point 3 above finds the legal basis in your specific consent, which you are free to give or not and which can be revoked at any time.

5. Processing methods: the processing of your Data will be carried out using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with the regulatory provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting the appropriate security measures in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The processing of your Data will also be managed by specially trained and instructed personnel.

6. Communication and dissemination of data: your Data will be communicated to well-defined subjects. In particular, within the limits strictly pertinent to the purpose indicated in point 3 above, your Data will be communicated to:

• specifically authorized internal subjects of the Association (members of the Board of Directors elected during the general assemblies);

• (if you have consented to receive the newsletter) entities that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including e-mail, newsletters and website management, including Sendinblue SAS. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories will act as data processors appointed pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

7. Retention period: Your Data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, in full compliance with the principle of storage limitation provided for by the Regulation.

• With regard to the achievement of membership status, your data will be stored for the duration of your membership status, i.e. until the position is revoked by physical request or at the info@costituenteterra.it address.

• If you have consented to receive the newsletter, your data will be stored for the entire duration of the newsletter service until you revoke your consent (which can be implemented through the “unsubscribe” button under each newsletter).

8. Rights of the data subject: With reference to your data, you have the right to ask the Company, in the manner indicated by the Regulation:

• access, in the cases provided;

• the correction of inaccurate Data and the integration of incomplete Data;

• the deletion of Data for the reasons provided, such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;

• the limitation of processing for the hypotheses envisaged, such as in the case of contesting the accuracy of the Data and verifying its correctness;

• portability, i.e. the right to receive, in the cases provided for, the Data in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device and to transmit said Data to another data controller;

• the opposition to the processing, in the cases envisaged.

We remind you that your membership status can be revoked through a physical request or by sending an email to: info@costituenteterra.it. The sending of newsletters can be stopped at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” option (or “no longer receive this email” or equivalent formulas) at the bottom of each newsletter received. From that moment on, he will no longer receive the Constituent Earth newsletters.

9. How to exercise your rights: We inform you that you may exercise the rights referred to in point 8 above by contacting us by e-mail at info@costituenteterra.it.

The deadline for response is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in case of particular complexity; in these cases, however, Constituente Terra provides at least one interim communication within one (1) month.
The exercise of rights is, in principle, free of charge, except for the right to request a contribution in the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (even repetitive).

11. Transfer of data abroad: Your Data will be stored at the Company’s headquarters and on servers located in the European Union, even if your residence and/or nationality are foreign.

12. Automated decision-making: Your Data will not be processed by automated decision-making.

13. Updates: This policy is applicable from the moment it is published. In order to better satisfy any need for information on privacy and to comply with the evolution of the sector’s regulations, this information may be subject to updates and amendments.
